During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the comfortable beds and the delicious food offered at the hotel's restaurant. the staff was also very friendly and attentive to our needs. the location of the hotel was great, as it allowed us to easily explore the nearby attractions.
The weak Wi-Fi signal and the fact that there was no Sarawak delicacies offered for breakfast. Another inconvenience was that we had to search for parking around the hotel, as it was quite limited.

Value for money. Good room service and housekeeping. Helpful concierge. Classic hotel with old but okay facilities. Room suitable for families with children. Contactless system application. Excellent room and automation. Great effort from kitchen team.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The room was spacious and provided good value for the money spent. the hotel offered free breakfast, which was a nice touch. The location was also convenient, close to the waterfront and provided free parking.
The hotel lacked a good staff room management system, as I was given the wrong room. They had given my queen-sized bed to another guest who had extended their stay, and I was left with a room that had twin beds.

The hotel is situated in an industrial area, making it close to the city centre but without any major malls nearby. the rooms are spacious and come equipped with cold air conditioning. the staff are friendly and accommodating, even offering to show guests around the town.
The bedding and comforters have a musty smell, indicating that they may not have been used or washed recently.
